The label started in the mid-90s in St. Petersburg, Russia, and at first time it was just cassettes, since 2007 CDs, later vinyls. Commerce was never pursued and was not the main goal, just music that was liked and interesting was released, sometimes as a bootlegs, sometimes in agreement with musicians. The label is still one of the few in the world that focuses on old archival music in the world – punk, hardcore, ska, oi!….not modern bands.
